Joseph Tobin graduated from the University of Dubuque in Digital Art & Design as well as minoring in Marketing. He also competed collegiately in Cross Country and Track & Field for the University of Dubuque. Joseph worked as a Graphic Design Intern for the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque, a nonprofit organization, and helped create the vision of the Foundation and it's Affiliates. He re-created fliers, posters, annual letters, annual reports and visual aspects while helping communication and marketing.

 

    This lead him to get a Graduate Assistant job at the University of Dubuque in running, planning, and marketing the social media page of the Graduate Studies account for the Graduate Program. He received his Masters in Communication Management from the University of Dubuque  in 2022 and also worked as a Graphic Designer/Installer for Graves Signs.

 

    He currently works at TrueNorth Companies as a Creative Specialist, within the Transportation Division, where he manages social media accounts, designs and creates assets for social media platforms including videos, flyers, PowerPoints, brochures, ads, and content creation, and creates digital learning content to drive learning modules and position us in a competitive market advantage.

   Joseph enjoys working out, running, playing video games, designing, and spending time with his family when he is not working on improving himself to be better. He always has a positive outlook on life and believes taking risks and trusting the path that is lead for you. One of his favorite quotes is, "the body achieves what the mind believes", even though it refers to physical success, having a great mindset is the first step in winning, being successful, and enjoying life.
